As part of our continued effort to build upon a more sustainable food system on campus, The Pub is proud to feature locally-grown ingredients in entree's including UC Davis Olive Oil, organic offerings including Wild Hop Organic Beer, and biodynamic wine from Benziger Vineyards.
Additionally, all take-out or to-go meals will be packaged in biodegradable containers made of sugar, corn, or potato starch. These annually renewable sources dramatically minimize our impact on the use of natural resources. To learn more about what The Pub is doing to sustain our future, click here.
