The Silo Cafe & Pub is nestled near the center of campus at the Silo Union. The custom antique bar and casual seating offer the perfect atmosphere for luncheons, dinners or formal receptions. Evening dining on the patio is perfect for any occasion. We offer an entire range of catering services from full service plated dinners, to brunch and BBQ's!

The Silo Cafe & Pub is available to be reserved for catered events after normal operating hours and on weekends. Please call University Catering at 752-2997 and ask for a Catering Consultant to assist in coordinating your special event.

Don't forget to ask about our 'zero waste' catering options. Zero waste events exclusively use either biodegradable or reuseable serviceware including cups and utensils. Even greater 100% of the left-over food, if any, is composted.
